Founder, Attorney & Counselor At Law
Our founder, Gregory K. Simmons, was raised in a military household in Killeen, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas and law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. After law school, Attorney Simmons went to work as an Assistant Attorney General in the United States Virgin Islands and then for the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General Corps. He was serving at the Pentagon in the Office of the Army's General Counsel when the United States was attacked on September 11, 2001. It was at that time that he decided to leave the military, return home to Killeen, and open The Law Offices of Gregory K. Simmons, P.C.
Attorney Simmons has a no fear attitude and will fight until justice prevails!

CHET SOUTHWORTH, J.D.

Chet Southworth is licensed in the State of Texas & earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While studying Law at Texas Tech, Attorney Southworth served as a volunteer for the Legal Aid Society of Lubbock, as well as a Mediator for the Lubbock Office of Dispute Resolution. He also holds a M.B.A. from Texas A&M University—Central Texas and has studied at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas and The University of The State Of New York in Albany, New York. He is also a Veteran of the United States Navy—having served within the Navy's Nuclear Engineering Directorate for 20 years. Prior to entering the legal field full time, Attorney Southworth was a Master Electrician and also served as a Code Enforcement Supervisor for the City of Killeen for 9 years where he was a recognized expert on municipal ordinances and the Texas state laws they were derived from. His Code Enforcement work for the City of Killeen directly resulted in an extremely high percentage of successful municipal prosecutions. Attorney Southworth also has a love for literature and has written books on legal topics such as Judgement Debt Collection & Divorce. At work, he takes pride in handling cases in a way that makes the complicated issues that may arise easier to understand for his clients.
